Read below given instructions carefully before filling the Institute & Minority level seats online application form:

1. This application form has to be filled for Institute & Minority level seats.

2. Candidates seeking admissions for NCVT certified courses (Govt. of India Affiliated ITI Programs), first have to mandatorily register themselves on DVET online admission portal (i.e. https://admission.dvet.gov.in) or register themselves on DVET online admission app 'MahaITI'   through Google Play Store. 3. Incomplete / Incorrectly filled application form will be not considered

4. Application form processing fee of Rs 200/- to be paid mandatorily

5. Candidate not present on the date of interview, his application will not be considered

6. All admissions are done only by the institute admission office situated in the institute

7. Do not accept any offer/promise of admission from any other individual

8. We don’t have agents for admission

9. Kindly refer the list of documents to be uploaded (JPG format) while filling Institute & Minority level application form.

10. Address Proof* (Passport, Electricity / Water / Telephone Bill (not older than last three months), Registered Sale/Lease Agreement)

11. Gap Certificte (If Applicable)

12. Medical Fitness Certificate (From any medical practitioner, signed and stamped)Blood Group (Any medical record showing the candidates blood group)

13. Aadhaar Card*

14. Character Certificate

15. Blood Group Certificate

16. Pan Card
